Initial Comments:
An onsite follow-up survey conducted on January 19, 2023, found that Prestige Home Care Agency had corrected the deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an unannounced complaint investigation survey completed on December 13, 2022.
